Mode Connection Issue

Hi Team,

I am unable to run queries on mode while connecting to office Lan or wifi. However, works fine upon getting connected with home wifi or phone. Please have a look asap.

    What errors are you getting when you try to run queries in Mode from the office?

    Thanks for the reply.

    Mostly the queries keeps on running for a very long time almost 22 minutes and then get a pop of 'try reconnecting' and afterwards I get the error which says 'error in running the qeries'

  • Akshay This sounds like it might be an office network-related issue.  Do you have some IT staff you can chat with about this issue?  Our office is closed today for the Labor Day holiday but if your IT staff can't help, you can click on the ? in the upper right corner of Mode and select Contact Us from the menu to start a conversation with our support staff tomorrow.  Thanks!

  • May I ask are you trying to access a Mode White-Label embed from another application? That error page with the URL would seem to indicate that you are using Mode's REST API rather than using Mode itself. If you go to the report URL https://modeanalytics.com/timeinc/reports/36f0cdfbb8f1 can you run the report there without issue?

  • Sure I will check with the IT team. And how do we check whether it is from Mode or Mode's rest API

    And again opening the above link you mentioned, it is taking too much of time in rendering

  • Could you click on the ? in the upper right corner of Mode and select Contact Us from the menu to start a conversation with our support staff?  We'll probably want to ask for some information that is best not to share in the forum.  Thanks!

    I reach out to the IT team here, and they reset my internet settings and uninstalled charles proxy server and now it is working fine. I will let you know in case of any issues. And Thank you so much for your support :)
