can't load my whole table to build out a dashboard

Hi, I am wanting to test building out a Google Analytics traffic dashboard I have built in Tableau and I already have the Postgres table I need. I need to load the whole table as I have several charts looking at the last 12 months rolling and other that look at the last 12 weeks. I get shown a data limit message saying it can't display all rows and to instead use the python notebook to view the entire dataset when I try to run a query with no limit.

How can I load the whole table so I can add a chart looking at the last 12 months of traffic data?

  • Hi Matthew,

Thanks for reaching out! Mode allows users to view and chart result sets up to 15 MB. The following error message means your results have passed that threshold:

The dataset is too large to view in browser [Export]

Result sets larger than 15 MB can be exported via CSV or the Python Notebook, Mode will not display those results in the browser. Mode will not return data on query results larger than 1 GB.
